Bir Shrestha Matiur Rahman Museum
 

Bir Shrestha Matiur Rahman Museum is located in Ram Nagar village of Raipura upazila of the district. The museum has been officially established here to keep alive the memory of the soldier who was awarded the highest title for his heroic contribution in the war of liberation.

 
 

The three-domed mosque is about 30 years old at Parulia village in Palash upazila of the district. Even after the main entrance of the mosque, it is known from an inscription in Persian that the mosque was built in 1818 by Zainab Bibi, the wife of a Naib Dewan Sharif.

Lalmatir Tila is located in Shibpur upazila of the district. It is located next to the Dhaka-Sylhet highway. The natural beauty of this place is very beautiful, rich in red soil and high and low hills.

Ashrafpur Mosque

 

The three-domed mosque is located at Ashrafpur village in Shibpur upazila of the district. An inscription of the mosque preserved in the Bangladesh National Museum shows that the mosque was built in 1524 by Dilwar Khan during the reign of Sultan Nasiruddin Nusrat Shah. The mosque was severely damaged in the earthquake of 1897 and was abandoned. The mosque was renovated in 1040 on the initiative of a man named Maulana Syed Ali.

Nilksha Bill
 

There is a bill near the Meghna river at the very end of Raipura police station in Narsingdi district. Although it is not very big in size, the attractive beauty of this bill will suit many big bills of the country. The name of this bill of beautiful natural beauty is Nilksha Bill. In the rainy season the bill is filled with water. The blue sky is always submerged in the clear water of this bill. From Dhaka by bus to Narsingdi district town and from there by tempo to Raipura. It takes 30 minutes by rickshaw from Raipura to Nilksha Bill.
